The FN series seam welding machine adopts an advanced digital logic control method, which can accurately control the size of the current and the length of welding time. Features:

1. Rack: The rack is a vertical structure made of high-quality steel plates and sections that have been welded, heat-treated (stress relieved), and precision machined to ensure the required rigidity and accuracy during workpiece welding.

2. Rolling welding head component: The rolling welding head box is made of chrome zirconium copper casting and processing as a whole. The rotating shaft conducts electricity through contact with the silver tile, resulting in higher conductivity efficiency. Internal water cooling is used near the conductive contact area to timely remove heat and ensure conductivity and service life.

3. Welding wheel drive mechanism: The rotating conductive part of the welding machine adopts an embedded silver tile structure, and the conductive seat is fully sealed with oil immersed conductivity and lubrication. Internal forced cooling is used to enhance the cooling effect of the conductive shaft. Improving conductivity while effectively preventing the "biting" phenomenon of the bearing shell, minimizing the loss of electrical energy conversion, cleverly and reasonably designing the internal structure, and reducing the weakening of welding performance caused by heat generation.
